Our goal is to provide clients with up-to-date, verified and precise data, which can support management processes in their companies. They are also used as a base to formulate recommendations and proposing strategic activities. Our strengths are: experience, team which loves challenges and original IT research tools (Communication barometer) that are used in the process of data acquisition and processing. We also have a professional studio for CATI research for 11 positions.
We conduct research mainly using quantitative method, with the use of such data collection techniques as: CATI, CAWI and PAPI. We also perform qualitative research, in the form of FGI and IDI. We provide advisory support, we consult research projects, including specific tools. In research processes we use communication barometer as well as a motivated and involved team of interviewers. We have executed so far a few dozen research projects. Among our clients there are both private companies as well as public entities.
Our experts are co-authors of the book published in 2010: "Badania i pomiar efektów w public relations", which describes the most important problems and issues important from the point of view of research in communication.
